What is Organizational NLP?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a revolutionary approach to human communication and development used by life coaches and motivational speakers throughout the world. William Sumner is a master of the NLP tools which have helped millions of people overcome fears, increase confidence, enrich relationships, and achieve greater success.

NLP is a powerful and effective method of changing communication at all levels using a set of tools and techniques based on linguistics to change how you think and what you think, which, in turn, can dramatically transform the results you create in your life. NLP can assist you in identifying negative emotions as well as limiting beliefs, limiting behaviors and old patterns using simple and effective techniques, allowing you to make powerful and lasting changes in your life to achieve whatever you want.

NLP was created in the format we know it today in the 1970s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder; they modeled human excellence at the University of California at Santa Cruz, including the linguistic and behavior patterns of leading people, initially in the area of psychology. They were able to identify what these people did that made them effective so that these patterns could be precisely defined and explicitly taught.

Most people have heard of NLP (neural linguistic programming) as a personal growth and transformational tool as practiced by many well-known motivational speakers and experts in the field. William Sumner has had outstanding success in helping executives and others personally. What makes him truly unique is his creation of an organizational NLP process that applies the tools at a company level.

This distinction is crucial and even in the field of NLP, you will only find a very few who have systematized it for the entire company. At the broadest organizational levels, in addition to all the individual rules, values, and beliefs, the teams have programmed overlays as well. Just as individuals can have rapid, staggering improvement, so can the company when these overlays are applied.

You owe it to yourself, your career, and your team to give it a try!
