Organizational NLP
I have spent twenty-plus years in large and small business environments in a variety of assignments: sales, operations, engineering, customer service, and more. My success has always been fueled by the phenomenal teams I was blessed to form and work with. For most of this career, success came as a result of incredibly hard work and intense focus on maximizing the team’s capability. Sometimes, this came at the expense of the team. This was especially true following the market meltdown as the chasm between what was best for a company’s survival clashed with what was best for the survival of the employee. Times were tough. But success was never in doubt.
When I discovered NLP, I didn’t believe it when I saw it. I had to verify for myself that these extraordinary gains were real and not marketing hype. I began my journey there. I saw individuals have amazing outcomes. What I discovered is that these tools could be applied at the organizational level. I realized that there truly was a different way to accomplish team goals with less effort and more success, and the team had a consistent and sustained attitude of feeling great!
Your team can have this, too.
Organization NLP builds the foundation for winning with tools many don’t have today. The process pulls out the true self-imposed limitations, teaches how to turn these limitations into power, and builds even more success from the current strength of the team. The bottom line is that the team will dramatically increase its ability to succeed with less effort and more joy.
-
The process begins with diagnosing the forces that currently create reality in the team: their beliefs, tools, rules, and values.
You will be astonished at what this process reveals: you will know what is holding you back or what you struggle with, and you will be pleasantly surprised by what is empowering you and creating your success.
-
It continues with the educational discovery of how to permanently change those unresourceful tools to create more momentum and drive for everyone.
-
Next, the visioning model emboldens the team to dream of untold possibilities.
-
Returning to the change process, the team takes the new vision and embeds it deeply, thereby creating the limitless success it has always been capable of.
Is there any better investment than in your people?
