The Loving Heart

I am often asked, “is there one key to permanent and everlasting change and transformation?” As Curly said in City Slickers, “Yes, there is.”
While there are many tools and keys to change, there is one foundational issue –

But, first, some preframe concepts:

  1. There are three generally acknowledged kinds of love: infantile, conditional (give-to-get, horse trading), and unconditional.
    • Infantile: I exist — love me.  Unfortunately, ten percent of the population stays here, even in adulthood.
    • Conditional: While our parents love us unconditionally, it does not feel that way, as they begin to condition our behavior — love feels very conditional.
    • Unconditional: This is the pinnacle of love. We understand that. We not only love our children unconditionally, we want to love our partners that way. We know to try to go there.
    • However, we never strive to love ourselves unconditionally. We are very much stuck in a give-to-get relationship with ourselves.
  1. When we learn something new, why doesn’t it instantly stick and become permanent?
    • We are influenced by three major forces in our life. This is called the Triad: mind, body, and spirit.
    • Most Americans are comfortable that we learn in two of these, and that we can learn differently in two: the mind and heart.
    • Most do not get that the third area, the physiology/the body, is the area of complete and final learning.  It is the one force we truly control.  Once something is learned here, it stays learned.
The Loving Heart experience is a triad- based learning model. It is from my “Inevitable You™” coaching system. This experience takes this intellectual preframe, along with the one key foundational lesson, and burns it into your nervous system and physiology.
