Don’t get me wrong, managers are good, are solid, and necessary to a well-run organization. However, we know there is a different quality to a “leader”… AND… when you are in the middle of a crisis or trying to engineer exceptional growth, falling back on “manager skill sets,” while not wrong, it often does not enhance what you or the organization wants or needs.
So we begin to talk about leadership… What does that mean? How “teachable” is it really? Or do some intangibles exist that make elevating leadership too difficult and not realistic?

There are three distinct and separate neurological and psychological structures to success, fear management, and obstacle solving / failure avoidance:
The “older you” is rooted in comfort, is extremely well known, functions fairly well in stressful times, but it is limited by the viewpoint of a younger you, and the origins of the “installers!” It tends to place higher emphasis on the failed experiences and is designed to avoid them, and is mistrustful of “new wisdom.” Therefore, growth and/ or “unrealistic growth” is challenging.
The “current you” is rooted in an experiential and “undeniable” process whereby you know your past, have created enough success for yourself and others, has hopes and dreams, yet knows how to manage those hopes and dreams to avoid disappointment. And in today’s world, it is likely this version of you is above average and successful.
A “future you,” brimming with dreams and hopes of a greater life, sits at the end of a journey whereby success that you have defined is achieved (but it is not outrageous success,) obstacles and villains have been vanquished, and you rest on your laurels (scarred perhaps but still victorious!) The challenge with this psychology is that it never arrives. By its definition, it is in the future, therefore, it really has little influence on today!
THE SYSTEM: On day one we blow apart the structure, and rebuild it with the latest theories and current science. Additionally, you will understand how to apply it to your business and to your life!
